This Bureau is still receiving a lot of QSLs for "V26B via WT3Q".
Please be advised that WT3Q has asked us not to forward cards for V26B
to him.  KA2AEV has been acting as V26B QSL Manager for a while, but
he has now also informed the W2 Bureau that he does not want V26B
bureau cards.  We are holding these cards here for a limited amount of
time until the V26B gang decides what they want to do with V26B cards
coming in via the Bureau.  However, our advice to anyone needing a
V26B card is that it is NOT a good idea to use the Bureau if you want
to get a V26B card.
