This Bureau continues to receive cards for "HI8A via K3WGR".  For the
last several years Chikin, the former HI8RV, has held the call sign
HI8A.  He does NOT have a QSL manager and handles his QSLing duties
himself.  Our understanding is that he does answer bureau cards, so we
forward any such cards to the Radio Club Dominicano bureau.

Anyone who knows the source of the misleading information about K3WGR,
we would appreciate it if you would try to have that mis-information
cancelled.
