This Bureau continues to receive QSLs for "7X5VRK via W3HC".  Over one
year ago, on April 8, 2008 it was announced that W3HC had retired from
being a QSL manager.  If anyone knows any sources of information which
are still listing W3HC as QSL manager for any station, it would be
appreciated if you take steps to end this now-outdated information.

We have been told that 7X5VRK has not agreed to have anyone be their
QSL manager and that they have not forwarded their logs to anyone.
Therefore our only recourse is to re-route such cards to the Algerian
bureau, without knowing whether 7X5VRK picks up their cards from the
Algerian bureau or not.  The best advice we can give is to QSL 7X5VRK
direct, including sufficient means for return postage.
