This Bureau has received a card for CN8NS.  Our only option is to
return it to the sender, because there is no QSL Bureau in Morocco.
It pays to check the list of operating QSL Bureaus at

Just because a country is a member of the IARU does not automatically
mean they have a QSL Bureau.
