[Dx-qsl] A couple of hold-outs

Looking for help with a couple of QSL hold-outs.

(1)  3B9FR - Is this one just a lost cause, nowadays?  Robert used to 
be a good QSLer, but in the past couple of years he seems to have 
dropped off the map.  Two direct mailings since FEB 2006 with GS/IRC 
have gone unanswered. Anyone know a method that has worked recently?

(2) ZF2NM - an oldie from 1992.  QSL info was via K1MD, but three 
SASE's have yielded no response. I'm thinking maybe one or both calls 
have been re-issued, but can't find any evidence of that. If K1MD was 
reassigned, you'd think the current holder would have the common 
courtesy to put a note to that effect in my SASE and send it back to 
me. Normally, I wouldn't even worry about this one, I'd just work 
another ZF station, but this one was on 12M and the band just refuses 
to come back to life. ;-)
