Can   someone  shed  some  light on  this. 
          KL7WA  has an address (  shown on the FCC  database ) to be in Buffalo, N.Y.
       Yet  mail  sent to that P.O.,  Box  address is  returned  .

      Recently appeared in  QRZ.com    qsl  to  UT5UGR...  who  coincidentally  is  the same
         person ..      Smells  of  something  wrong   If  this  station  did   something  wrong,  why  should the  FCC  contact  him  in  another  country to  let  him  know ??
