[Dx-qsl] VP8/LZ1UQ Mailing Group

Out of the responses to this query, only 3 folks have received cards. 
One was sent the day after his QSO and before incoming mail became a 
"problem" and the other 2 via the buro.

I have already sent mine via Global QSL but would be willing to head up 
a mailing syndicate. I've done this once before with V51AS and had success.

So here goes, if anyone wants to join me in a mailing group I'll be 
happy to coordinate it.

Registered Mail to Bulgaria appears to be $10.80 plus the actual First 
Class International Postage tied to both the weight and size of 
envelope. My initial thought is $15+/- depending on the number of 
participants. If you are interested send:

    * 1 IRC and $2 (should be more than sufficient)
    * a return SASE (include a Forever stamp or .44 postage, don't know
      if I'll get the cards back before the postal increase)

Any excess funds(if there are any) will be sent to LZ1UQ.
