[Dx-qsl] VQ9HB 12/23/89 - 5/19/90

I am currently converting the paper logs of Hugh, VQ9HB, to electronic
format so they can be up-loaded to LoTW.  Does anyone have a copy of his QSL
Card that they can jpg & send to me?  After the logs are up-loaded to LoTW I
will act as the QSL manager for QSL Card requests & would like to create a
card similar to what Hugh used for this operation.
