G4GED replied to GM4FDM's belief that an IRC can only
be redeemed in UK for postage for a 10 gm item:

That is not what the UPU Letter Manual seems to say
about it.
Somebody sending an IRC to someone in UK can expect
the IRC to be redeemed per UPU provisions.
Accepting anything less does none of us any good, chaps.
