First of all, I'm not looking to start a controversy about this.

I'm seeking POSITIVE info, ONLY - in other words, I ONLY want to hear
from those who HAVE recently (in the past year) received a QSL from
Frank, V51AS.  I would like the following information: Where was your
return card mailed from? Namibia or Germany? How much and what kind of
return postage did you send? This info would be helpful.

Again, I'm NOT looking to start a general gripe-fest about Franks QSLing
practices. Please DO NOT respond to me with what DIDN'T work for you.
