After 2 years of battling the postal system (his? ours?) received qsl from EY7AF.  This bout was sent direct w/irc on 2/13/09.  Edi was very helpful thru emails, even sending me a picture of my qsl he received and the one he was sending back to me.  I had previously sent at least twice direct.
