[Dx-qsl] 9L0W QSL status SUMMARY

Just a quick summary...
I only received 4 responses plus a few off-line.
It seems there was a flurry of cards sent out on January and then gone 
quiet, many still waiting?
Am trying to establish QSLing status from the team.
Will announce any news on here.
Otherwise, seems a case of carry on waiting!
