Andy,


Igor sends QSL cards via the bureau. However, he has way to many 
Dxpeditions(including Zone 2), and has difficulties to keep up
with QSL traffic.

I still did not see XM2A card yet, even if I sent request locally
here in Canada.

P.S. Month ago I sent QSLs to bureau in Minsk. You must have 
     received bureau cards by now.

Hi folks,

Dose anybody have success with getting QSLs from this guy?
I sent direct requests for the contact with PJ7/VA3YDX, QSO back to
2003 and XM2A, July, 2008.
Also sent e-mails to both addresses listed on QRZ.com and received
nothing in return.
I would be appreciated for any information.
