[Dx-qsl] Most LIDS will at least change frequency, but not WF5W

Mike, I'm pretty sure it wasn't Cal, WF5W. Cal is a complete gentleman, he 
was with me in 5K0CW last month and know him as a true ham and friend. Not a 
lid.... ever! You must have heard him after the "tuner", but that doesn't 
really mean it was him. You're too quick to blow the whistle on someone 
based on suppositions.
