I consider OH8SR to be that 'black hole'.  Back in 2001 he was the
manager for OH0/OH7MM.  When no QSL was forthcoming I emailed him and he
said the cards would be coming out soon.  When the cards did not arrive,
I emailed again and got no response.  So he pocketed the GS and went
away.
