     I think the return postage from Germany is more than $2 USD now, 
Ed.  I bite my knuckle and put in $3 USD on direct QSLs to DL land.

     However, EA8 isn't rare, so unless it's something that will be 
hard to replicate like 160M or 6M, perhaps finding another one would 
be the way to go.
