OHHH NOOOO!!!!!   I just looked up HK0TU again, after not receiving my QSLs 
for contacts in 2006, and the manager is listed (still) as HK3SGP.   Trouble 
is, it says LOGS ARE CLOSED AS OF DECEMBER 2004.   Cripes!   What about 
those of us who never got one, and sent twice?   I tried both direct and 
buro, to no avail.   This is the one CW country I still need, which I have 
worked, and is the last one needed for CW honor roll.  I sent him an email 
July of last year, and he has not bothered to respond.  Has anyone got an 
"in" with this manager?

I also have two other CW bands worked there with HK0TCN back in 96, and he 
did not respond either.  One report earlier said that this one may have been 
a pirate, unless there was a guest operator 2/16/96-2/17/96.

I have two bands, with 3 other ops confirmed on SSB, but appears the CW ops 
dont care.
