I can only report my own experiences, and no doubt others will have 
other views on their favourite QSL printers.

Since 2003 UX5UO has printed my cards which are ordered 2,000 at a 
time; I don't know whether Gennady is the cheapest but I have remained 
with him (and will do so) simply because he has never let me down.  The 
prices he quotes are 'all-in' ie costs of design, paper, printing and 
shipment - and when he says they will arrive they do indeed arrive, 
very well packed (and always within a couple of weeks of placing the 
order).

Have heard about other printers, and seen some very nice examples of 
their work for various different DXpeditions - so let's hope our other 
friends on this reflector will reply giving their own experiences.

Hope to put M6HRS in the log soon.
