[Dx-qsl] Number 9 envelope OK for return envelope in Europe?

Everything depends on weight. Larger envelope = larger weight. In my
country up to 20 gm you pay one price and then 21gm up to 50gm it is almost
two times higher. In the large envelope almost half of room is free, but the manager has to pay for additional weight (if more than 20 gm).

In my opinion, it is better to send a short envelope and that is what I
always send.  Have you ever seen a QSL the size of a Number 9 envelope?  hi.
