[Dx-qsl] OK to send QSL's to Europe in August

Tim,

Yes, in Europe we have a total blackout in Europe: electricity is being 
cut-off, and there is NO water for a whole month !
With a lot of luck the sun will rise once a week (but probably won't), so 
you may expect most of us to be dead by the end of August.....
Guess our biggest hope is to be deported to Guantanamo bay ;-))
