Hello OMs,
This might be a very helpful information for those....

Today my envelope came back from UA4RC with R1FJT card.
My six QSOs are good on computer printed labels onto the beautiful white 
bear picture card.
I sent mine to UA4RC QRZ.com address with IRC on April 22, 2009 and 
confirmed on July 29.
Russian postmark dated on July 22.
So it seems this route keeps working quite normal after Victor's SK. ( at 
least my case)
