[Dx-qsl] 6 meter qsl cards

The 6m QSL rate has definitely gotten worse.  It has been in the 90-95% 
range for SASEs. I sent out 52 QSLs with SASEs and to date (6 wks later) 
have only received 5 back. Even FR5DX was better than that!!
