I've spent the last year sending e-mail and direct cards to Phil at 
his 37320 Saint Branches address, but to no avail.  DX-Summit 
confirms he (or an extremely busy Slim) was working the US Southwest 
on the same day, time and frequency I have him logged on, but all my 
communications seem to dive into this large black hole.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get a card to Phil for this 
all-time new one for me?
