The cards are accepted. It is an online print shop. You upload your QSO
data to the system, GlobalQSL prints the cards, and distributes them to QSL
bureaus. There is no log matching. You do not see other station's logs or
QSO info online.
The system is efficient, inexpensive, and high quality.
