Charles -- I had the same problem after they switched to log-in  
required to access call sign info....it's been a while but I think  
the fastest way to fix it is to use the "forgot password" option, it  
gets reset and sent to your subscription e-mail, log-in with that  
temp password and then change it to a new one (or just back to the  
old one).  That fixed it for me.
