[Dx-qsl] Missing International to USA QSLs

Oh dear Al, lets hope the mailman is not a fanatical stamp collecter  ;-((

One very good reason *never* to use pretty commemerative stamps on outgoing QSL mail.

Wonder if "franked" (without stamps) mail gets thro to you OK?

Somehow, the QSL cards are being pilfered / destroyed on the return trip and I have no idea why this would happen.  LoTW is looking better to me each day but I really do enjoy
receiving the QSL cards.
 
I took the suggestion and reported the problem to the US Postal Inspectors.  

The following sentence appears on that Website - "...U.S. Postal Inspectors base their investigations on the number, substance, and pattern of complaints received from the public..."
 
I'll see if anything happens but I am not holdong my breath.
