Hi folks!
We are aware of the problem and if it is a problem we can fix, we will do
it.
For now, here is a quick work around.

NOTE: Some have reported difficulties with the last step of the OQRS process
(sending $$ via PayPal).  If, after going through the process, you are
unable to complete the PayPal portion, here's a work-around:

Go to www.paypal.com and send your contribution to desecheo at comcast.net.
Include your CALL in the process if you can. That will work for certain. If
you already entered your log data once, it is in our database. No need to
re-enter.

This "work-around" info will be added to our web site soon.
