[Dx-qsl] K5D online QSL request

I made my donation 2 weeks ago by PayPal  through the donation link on the 
K5D site. Then yesterday I filled out the online form for my card direct and 
when I got to PayPal I just checked off that I already Paid ( donated ) & 
had no problems.
