Just in time for DXpedition season.  So let's all be sure to put enough postage on our SASEs to qsl managers so that they don't have to foot the increase.  And it doesn't hurt to throw them a buck to cover the shortfall that is bound to happen.  K5D starts tomorrow, good luck folks and be kind to you friendly, neighborhood QSL handler.

Extra Tip for US ops:  Load up on "forever" stamps now - you won't have to worry about it!
