[Dx-qsl] E44/JA8RUZ

I have been trying for a long time to obtain a QSL card from JA8RUZ for a purported operation back in late Feb of 99 (that be 1999 not 1899).    I am sure that I have sent at least one card a year and nothing comes back.

I checked on QRZ.com and he has an email address.  I have tried three times over the last couple of years to send an emai, but they all come back with the following:

    5.7.1 <toshispk at hokkai.or.jp>: Recipient address rejected: 550 User Unknown

Has anybody ever received a card for this operation?   And second, does anyone know how to get in contact with him? 

There is a web site at www.qsl.net/rw9mc/manager/ja8ruz.htm that "theoretically" one can send him an email; but that comes back as undeliverable too.

Any ideas out there??
