[Dx-qsl] TX9 Chesterfield

I am posting for a friend who worked this operation on CW in October 2004. 
Unfortunately he neglected to ask for confirmation at that time but is 
trying to obtain a QSL card now.  The TX9 web site is still operational and 
shows DL4XS as the manager for CW and DL5NAM as manager for SSB/RTTY.  About 
three months ago my friend sent a card with SAE and donation to DL4XS but 
has received nothing in return.  He also contacted N5FG who was collecting 
donations for the operation and he was not able to offer any suggestions.

Does anyone know of a better source for obtaining a QSL card?  Anyone have 
an email ID for DL4XS or DL5NAM?
