TX5SPM: SAE+IRC sent via SP9PT on Dec. 2nd for 6 QSOs (SSB/CW 5 bands).

If anybody else is planning a trip to Newington to submit their 2009
application in person, I expect to be at HQ tomorrow (12/30/2009) in the
