[Dx-qsl] IRCs & Post Offices followup

A while back, I posted a "whine" about post offices in my county (Ventura 
County, CA) not carrying IRCs. At the suggestion of one of the respondents 
to that posting, I complained to the postal service through the USPS.com web 
site.

I received this reply on Dec. 21:

"I regret learning of the inconvenience you have experienced.

"Unfortunately, not all post offices carry the International Reply Coupons 
(IRC) due to its low demand.  The nearest post office that has a supply of 
IRC is the Oxnard Main Post Office.  Their address is 1961 North C St, 
Oxnard, CA 93030.  They can be reached at 805-278-7615.

"Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience this matter may 
have caused you.

"Sincerely,
"Consumer Affairs
"Sierra Coastal Customer Service and Sales District

Just thought the reply was interesting and worth sharing.
