[Dx-qsl] lotw milestone

Nenad,

I log every QSO and submit all to LOTW.  And like many, I have regular 
QSOs with friends.  One of those, W1JA, similarly logs all QSOs.  I have 
248 QSLs with him on LOTW as of today (going back only a few years).  I 
expect that total is quite a bit lower than some others may have.  So 
you're probably right.
