[Dx-qsl] Empty envelope from W3 buro

When I was based in the Philippines I noticed a short time after I
purchased them the glue was gone off stamps (yes, you used to have to
lick stamps) and envelopes. Then one day I went to my office at night,
turned on the lights, opened the desk drawer and found cockroaches
eating the glue off the envelopes. This was my office at the embassy,
not my home, so had little control over the pest control.
I never licked another stamp or envelope after that. I use glue sticks
instead.
