ZC4RAF recvd here after abt 17 months via bureau in 2001.
Card were signed by G3PMR. QRZ.COM says qsl for G3PMR via 5B4AHJ (same opr, see QRZ.COM, updated January this year). Also see his website www.shacklog.co.uk with the necessary info.

Mike, I have a 2000 flying horse call book and zc4raf not listed. It must
be a defunct club call for one of the 2 RAF soverign bases there. Good
luck. al w3awu

PS I think there is a ham website or club of former RAF types. you might
try to google it and see what you come up with.
