Now let's push for the inclusion of the Republic of Kosova in the DXCC list. 
If our Government recognizes it as a free and independent country, most 
Europeans (not including Russia) and many other countries of the world do 
so, if it counts for many other DX awards, Why it can't be a DXCC counter? 
(Please don't mention the DXCC rules.  They have been modified, bent, 
stretched and even broken in the past for various reasons.)
