I e-mailed Vlad first to verify he had the logs for my 2000-2001 
QSOs.  Ten days later I received an affirmative response.  I sent off 
my card with $2USD + IRC and received my confirmations back three weeks later.

This was not the first request I had sent off over the years, but 
this was the first to Vlad and the one that finally worked.

Your mileage may vary, but I sincerely appreciate Vlad for processing 
my request and Willy for the original QSO.
