I can confirm Cris' GM4FAM comments - since September 2007 I have sent three
direct requests to Fedor UK9AA and each was returned, in about two months,
with all requested QSO's confirmed.

 I sent IRCs each time, rather than green stamps.

Excellent service indeed from that part of the world.
