[Dx-qsl] ZK3RE card received Tnx Eli

Hi,

Received the ZK3RE card today via the operator Eli.  He offered to help in this
regard.  Following are some excerpts from emails we had. It sounds like he 
was not
aware of card requests not getting to the mgr.  I sent w/SAE and 
$2bill.  Worked ok
this time.
He responded very quickly to my emails and both were very helpful.  Sending 
this for
info.

That is very annoying for you and very inconvenient for me. Though it can 
happen that cards are missed in one way, but thanks God, it happens very 
scarcely.
By all means I will contact my manager (HA8IB) and ask him about your 
QSL-status. He is a very reliable guy but I give him much work to do (now, 
after finishing my last Dxpedition FW5RE, you can imagine how much he works.

After a couple of more emails send card request to Eli direct and did 
receive today
a card.

Tnx guys for all the help here on the reflector and have sent the request 
before I
found out the someone was sending a registered package.  Hope that works 
out ok.
