[Dx-qsl] is this 4 REAL ?

I apologize Danny,
  I received  an e mail that stated that a County in California had 
BANDED Amateur Radio ,  it turned out to be an april fools joke that I 
got very late !  but I, dont put anything past those people in 
California so I was searching to see if it was Real or not.
