Just to make a point that calls are busted.

One of the recent big DXpeditions had an online log that listed qso for me.
I know it was a bust as it was a band/mode I already had confirmed from a much earlier operation.
As I don't call DXpeditions on band/modes I already confirmed, it obviously was a busted call.

I 'hope' that the person who really did make the qso was able to sort it out and have it corrected.

It happens, noise, qrm, qsb do effect logging.
Unfortunately it's happened to me also.
