[Dx-qsl] Importing LOTW award matrix into Excel

Hey Joe:
I don't bother with LOTW, but after reading your memo I thought I'd give
you my 2¢ worth on your comment on "typical Microsoft".
Best put the blame on the builder of this action. Excel is only a
program for showing information in an .xls format. It is only a file,
not a program. The author of the site has to correct the "execute"
action for you that will allow you to import/export the file.
By the way, I'm no fan of Micro$oft, but still, thought you should know.
