[Dx-qsl] 9V1F1 received - Honesty and good will inclosed as well

     Today I received a RTTY QSL from 9V1F1 for 1-Sept-2008 (special 
event station) with a note in it saying "One green stamp is adequate, 
Thank you, Selva 9V1UV."  The letter contained my QSL and a $1 USD bill.

     I had enclosed 2 GSs as I didn't know the return rate from 
Singapore to Canada.  Kudos to the guys in Singapore!  That's honesty 
and an example of good QSLing practice.
