[Dx-qsl] Anybody ever get these back?

I have several confirmed QSOs with ER1DA, but all were 2001 or earlier, and
the last one took more than two years for the card to appear.

My 9J2KC RTTY QSO from 9/2003 took 6 months to confirm.
