I note that the Ducie team leader Carsten DL6LAU doesn't have an e-
mail address for QSL queries.

But perhaps an e-mail to Chris DL1MGB (dl1mgb at darc.de) may answer your 
donation question - he is the VP6DX webmaster so is presumably in 
charge of data input and updates to their website.
Possibly also Co-leader Eric (K3NA) may be able to help?
