For those of you who have received cards from Vlad --- what method did you use mailing it?  I hear some say registered mail is best, while others say that really isn't necessary.  Say you had over a dozen QSO's from his Africa trip --- how many IRC's to cover postage to USA?  I know I'm a tad behind in my QSL'ing, but want to ensure best chance of getting them in hand (yep - I know I'm in for a wait ...)
