[Dx-qsl] any help with KG4GY - Top Band

 I worked KG4GY at 1 Jan 2008 on 160m for a new one.
 ( SSB  Believe it or not ! )

 I sent him a card with SASE the same day but no reply yet.
 Anyone who has an email or knows anything more?
