[Dx-qsl] QSLing for 3V8BB Tunisia

Does anyone know for sure if YT1AD, Hrane, is the QSL manager for contacts made during the September '08 RTTY contest?

I checked the website for 3V8BB and they indicate YT1AD as QSL manager, but not specifically extending for the September contest. Any information would be appreciated.
