I received the following reply regarding my inquiry about the QSL I had not 
received for my contact with VP6DX.
 Eric said it was fine to share so others who have not received their 
card/booklet will know they are on the way !




Hello Dave --

   Yes, you are correct that a person can see "w3sj" in the email
address with the Paypal transaction.  Unfortunately, all the Paypal
transactions are loaded into the database by software.  Most email
addresses do not have callsigns... so the software does not attempt to
decode a callsign from the email address.

   We made a change to the Paypal request form to provide a mandatory
field for the callsign in March, after we returned home and discovered
this problem.

   We are still learning...
